As part-time, paraprofessional staff members living onsite, CAs are at the heart of our community, working under the careful guidance of On-Site Managers to create a nurturing environment that feels like home.
At St. George, CAs are more than just staff — they’re leaders, mentors, and friends. They dedicate around 20 hours a week to truly making a difference: getting to know each resident, fostering friendships, organizing exciting social events, and ensuring that our community standards are upheld to create a welcoming and safe atmosphere. This role is perfect for individuals who are natural leaders, empathetic listeners, and proactive organizers, looking to make their mark in a dynamic residential setting.
